Welcome to the South Broward Board of REALTORS ®. We are excited with your interests in joining our Board. Below you will find information and the necessary forms you will need to start your membership.
When you join the South Broward Board of REALTORS® your dues payment is "all inclusive" which includes payment to the National Association of REALTORS ® (NAR) the Florida Association of REALTORS ® (FAR) , the South Broward Board of REALTOR® and the Multiple Listing Service (MLS).
Steps in Becoming a Member
- Complete the appropriate membership application form below.
- Attach a copy of your Real Estate License.
- Attach a copy of your Driver's License.
- Attach a check or complete the Credit Card information form below.
(Call the Membership Department 954-431-5300 ext.205 to determine Dues Amount)
- Attach a copy of Form 2050-1 with your Broker’s Signature.
